ACSA customer survey seeks feedback on services, future plans

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Albemarle County Service Authority wants to hear from its customers on its current services and future plans.

ACSA has launched a customer survey to gain feedback about its current services and future improvement plans.
The survey is available online at the link in the Related Links box and in customer bills.

The questions ask about water quality, rates and bills, quality of staff responses, information provided by the ACSA, its new strategic plan, and potential service options.

“We believe our customers are critical to helping us ensure they are receiving the best customer service experience possible,” said ACSA Executive Director Gary O'Connell. “As the ACSA looks to the future, we want their input on our plans to improve their services so they remain sustainable and reliable for decades to come.”

Completes surveys can be submitted online or returned with utility bills.

Customers who participate will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $100 gift card.

Survey results will be published on the ACSA's website in April.

Anyone with questions about the survey can contact O'Connell at (434) 977-4511 or send an email to goconnell@serviceauthority.org.
