ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (NEWSPLEX) -- On Wednesday afternoon, 45-year-old Thomas Eagleson pleaded guilty to unlawfully filming two adults and two children while they were taking showers.
According to prosecutors, Eagleson broke into a house in Forest Lakes back in March to put in a hidden camera in the bathroom.
But before Eagleson could return to retrieve the camera, the homeowner found it and called the police.
Eagleson was indicted Monday on four felony counts of unlawful filming and breaking and entering, and three misdemeanor counts of unlawful filming.
He faces a combined sentence of up to 23 years in prison.
