Authorities announce Albemarle County drug bust

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Virginia State Police announced a drug arrest in Albemarle County, seizing more than $10,000 worth of illegal substances.

Twenty-two-year-old Lanaja Jackson was arrested on Runnel Court.

Investigators say they found 94 grams of cocaine, 341 grams of marijuana, and an assault rifle.

The drugs have a street value of more than $10,000.

Jackson was taken to the Albemarle Charlottesville Regional Jail.
