Ribbons to remember Christopher Foley

ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A Crozet community is remembering Christopher Foley.

In the Foothill Crossing neighborhood, residents have placed white ribbons on trees and Time Disposal garbage cans.

Resident decided to use the gesture to show support for Foley's family.

Foley was killed when a chartered Amtrak train carrying Republican members of Congress to a retreat in West Virginia hit a Time Disposal trash truck in Crozet.

He was one of three people on the truck at the time.
