CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Trial dates have been set for two men charged with misdemeanor assault in connection with incidents on Aug. 12.
A trial for Deandre Harris will take place March 16. He is facing a reduced charge of misdemeanor assault for allegedly striking a man outside the Market Street Parking Garage.
Harris' alleged crime took place before he was beaten inside the parking garage by a group of men, who are charged with felonies for malicious wounding.
A trial for Corey Long has been set for April 17. He is charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly using an improvised flamethrower against Unite the Right rally attendees as they exited Emancipation Park on Aug. 12.
