JMU looking forward to road challenge at Colgate

HARRISONBURG, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- James Madison carried the chip of not being seeded in the FCS playoffs into a win against Delaware and now set their eyes on a match-up with 5-seed Colgate.

"I think there is a lot of motivation to get to the second round and face Colgate," JMU football Coach Mike Houston said, "Good football program looking forward to going up there to their place. Our players are excited to be in the tournament."

The Dukes will travel to New York to face Colgate next Saturday at 1 p.m. For some JMU players this match-up brings a revenge factor after the Dukes were upset by the Raiders at home in the playoffs in 2015.

"2016 we hit the road semifinals so it's gonna be a big one for the young guys again," senior cornerback Jimmy Moreland said, "Gotta get used to it and get in the film room and watch Colgate. Gotta have the revenge on them, gotta get better this week coming up and getting back focused."
