UVA basketball picks up series with JMU

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- Virginia men's basketball will add their Central Virginia neighbors James Madison to their non-conference schedule, James Madison Athletics confirmed to WHSV on Saturday.

The 2-for-1 series will start in the 2019-20 season with the Dukes visiting John Paul Jones Arena in November. The Cavaliers will visit James Madison's still under-construction Atlantic Union Bank Center for the 2020-21 season. The third game will be back in Charlottesville at a date still to be determined.

The Wahoos last played JMU in 2014 on the back end of home-and-home series. Virginia is 10-0 all-time versus the Dukes.
