CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- Virginia's Big Three will get to spend a little more time with each other after receiving invites to the 2019 NBA Combine in Chicago.
Kyle Guy, Ty Jerome and De'Andre Hunter all picked up invites to this year's combine, according to NBA Draft God, that runs from May 15th-19th. Hunter and Jerome are among ESPN's top 30 prospects for this year's draft, while Guy has been featured as a second round pick in recent NBA mock drafts.
As of Sunday there was no word on whether Mamadi Diakite had received an invite or not. in the 2018 NBA Draft, no underclassmen not invited to the combine were selected in the draft. Diakite could be invited to the revamped G-League Elite Camp, which allows 40 players not invited to the combine to work out for NBA teams.
The UVA big man has until May 29th to decide whether to keep his name in the draft or return for his senior season at Virginia.
