Wahoos take down Georgia Tech in final home game

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- Virginia holds off Georgia Tech fourth quarter comeback attempt to win 53-45 in their final home game of the season.

The Cavaliers were down by one with two minutes to go, Dominique Toussaint hit a three to put Virginia up for good 47-45.

Virginia was lead by Lisa Jablonowski with 16 points. The Cavaliers also received double-double efforts from Jocelyn Willoughby and Dominique Toussaint, who finished with a career-high 10 rebounds.

The Cavaliers also honored seniors Mone Jones and Shakyna Payne pregame.

Virginia travels to Virginia Tech on Wednesday before finishing their season on Sunday at Notre Dame.
