Belmont community members took a stroll down memory lane Saturday afternoon. They discussed the history of Monticello Road.

Long-time resident, along with those new to the area, made their way over to The Bridge to share stories and to talk about the history of the road and its community.

Organizers say the event was also to get people to learn about each other and build trust among the community.

"It was really fascinating to hear about the lives that happen right on my street," said photographer and community member, Peter Krebs.

An exhibit displaying photos of the street and its resident is on display at The Bridge. It's free and open to the public.
