Charlottesville Police Chief Tim Longo says 18-year-old Hannah Graham possibly got into a car with a person of interest after they both went into Tempo, a bar on the Downtown Mall.
Police describe this person of interest as a black male, 6ft., 250lbs. with dreadlocks. Police say that a man matching that description was seen leaving with Graham around 1 a.m. on Saturday.
Officials are not releasing this man’s name, though they say he is known to law enforcement.
Investigators spent hours searching an apartment located in the 100 block of Hessian Hills Way, taking out several bags of possible evidence. Police also seized a burnt orange color 1998 Chrysler coupe from the property.
Police have been following numerous leads in the disappearance of Graham, but there is still no one in custody and no sign of the missing University of Virginia student.
Longo is again asking the public to come forward with information that can help police find Hannah Graham.
