CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Stuff the Bus is back, with the support of an area insurance company, at Walmart.

Hunter Wyant State Farm Insurance hosted the event in the hope of providing 500 book bags for children in need, before the school year.

So far, About 250 bags have been collected.

"Just grateful to live in an awesome community where people are always willing to help out and it will be even better when we get to go to all the PTA, and PTO meetings and the open houses at the local public schools to give away the backpacks. Meet with the teachers and the families,” said Bryce Patton, the Marketing Coordinator for the insurance company.

The event will be back on Saturday at the Charlottesville Walmart from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For those who want to get an insurance quote, a bookbag will be donated.
