ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Board of Visitors from the University of Virginia is planning to meet in a retreat, which will take place on Sunday afternoon.

The meeting is set to take place in Pavilion 1 and 2 of the Boar's Head Resort.

After the board meeting, BOV members will take a tour of the UVA Orthopedics Center and then attend a reception dinner.

The meeting retreat will resume on Monday in the same location to hold an orientation for new Board members.

According to the press release, the meeting is in an open session.

There will not be an option to view the meeting virtually.

There will be a designated public seating area in the meeting room.
