ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- People looking to get some landscape-quality mulch with no dyes can go out to the Ivy Materials Utilization Center on Dick Woods Road.

The Rivanna Solid Waste Authority says it has finished grinding 2,200 tons of vegetative waste.

This waste has been brought in by area residents over the last six months, including trees and more.

The mulch is available for $30 per ton during the Ivy MUC’s regular hours of operation, which are Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
