CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- Coming off a successful weekend, Kihei Clark, Reece Beekman and Jayden Gardner earn All ACC honors, the league announced Monday.

Beekman was named ACC Defensive Player of the Year, All-Defensive Team and All-ACC Third Team. Beekman, who averaged 1.6 steals a game becomes the fifth player in UVA history to earn the honor. Beekman leads the ACC and ranks second in the nation with a 3.68 assist/turnover ratio. Beekman also averaged 9.3 points and ranked third in the league with 5.3 assists per game.

Super senior Kihei Clark caps off his long career with All-ACC Third Team and All-Defensive honors. Clark, who was named to All-ACC third team last year, averaged 11.1 points and 5.7 assists per game. Among Clark's many achievements, Clark is UVA's all-time leader in assists, wins, games, and starts this season.

Gardner flanks the group with All-ACC honorable mention honors. Gardner averaged 11.8 points and 5.5 rebounds.  Gardner has led UVA in scoring in nine contests and has reached double figures in scoring in 10 of the last 13 games.

Since 2000, UVA is the fourth ACC regular-season champion without a player on the All-ACC first team and the first without a first or second-team selection.
