Police investigating assaults at Kappa Delta Sorority

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Charlottesville Police Department says an 18-year-old has been arrested on sexual battery charges.
According to police, officers responded to a breaking and entering call at the Kappa Delta Sorority around 4:10 a.m. Friday.
The report said a man was inside the sorority residence on Chancellor Street with a flashlight and had assaulted several residents.
A short time after getting to the scene, officers stopped Harry Benjamin Sedwick while he was walking back to his vehicle, which was parked on University Avenue next to the Graduate Hotel parking lot.
The officers questioned Sedwick and then arrested him on one count of burglary and two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
