CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- An Albemarle County high school student remains in custody at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail in connection with a break-in and sexual assault at the Kappa Delta sorority house.

The incident occurred on the Grounds of the University of Virginia on April 7.

Harry Benjamin Sedwick V was supposed to appear in the Charlottesville District Court on Thursday, but the hearing was pushed back to June 15.

Court records show the defense filed for a bond appeal, and that hearing will be on June 13.

Sedwick is charged with breaking and entering and aggravated sexual battery.

Witnesses say he broke into the Kappa Delta sorority house, touched two of the residents on the shoulder and grabbed their chests.
