ORANGE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- “Joy, exuberance, passion and love for students is what she brings,” said Dr. Daniel Hornick, the superintendent of Orange County Public Schools.

Just by walking into Angela Sadler’s classroom, those positive attributes are absorbed through the smile she gives everyone.

Sadler is an ECS teacher at the Taylor Education Administration Complex in Orange County.

“She’s a master teacher, and she just makes a difference. She is the best that this field has to offer and this division is better for her,” added Hornick.

Sadler celebrates each student every day and is a constant positive influence in the classroom, and recognizes the importance of connecting with her students, as well as the families.

She partners with families to encourage the positive development of their children and to learn the strengths of each child.

Sadler hopes her message of positivity can encourage others to take after her and join a great career.

“If you’re thinking of becoming a teacher, go for it, because every day is different and it’s really interesting and great to help the kids feel great about themselves and figure out what they want to do and be,” she said.

Teaching the youngest generation of learners can be a challenge, but with encouragement and positivity in the classroom, these students will be able to accomplish anything.
