UPDATE: Officials report missing Chesapeake man has been located

UPDATE: The Virginia State Police reports Jacob Skeates has been located.
The alert for him has now been canceled.
CHESAPEAKE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Virginia State Police is asking for help to find a missing person who has autism.
According to the Chesapeake Police Department, 19-year-old Jacob Donald Skeates was last seen around 4:05 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Eden Way North.
He is 5-foot-9 and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
Officials say he may be wearing a light blue sweatshirt, khaki pants and white tennis shoes. He is believed to be on foot.
Due to having been diagnosed with autism, officials say Skeates’ disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
