CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Albemarle County High School student accused of breaking into a University of Virginia sorority house and assaulting members was denied bond Tuesday for a second time.
Court records show a Charlottesville judge denied the bond appeal for Harry Benjamin Sedwick V.
Sedwick is facing charges of breaking and entering and aggravated sexual battery.
Witnesses say he broke into the Kappa Delta sorority house at UVA on April 7 and touched two of the residents on the shoulder and grabbed their chests.
He was first denied bond on April 14. He'll appear in court again on Thursday.
