ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Another man has been indicted for marching in the tiki torch rally on Grounds the night before the deadly Unite the Right rally in 2017.

Thirty-nine-year-old Augustus Sol Invictus is charged with burning an object with the intent to intimidate.

He's known for writing much of the platform for white nationalists that attended the Unite the Right rally.

Invictus was initially arrested in June in Florida and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

He faces up to five years in prison. His trial is set for March 2024.
