Ticket purchased in Madison worth $10,000

RICHMOND, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Thousands of tickets sold across Virginia won something in Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing, including one ticket worth $40,000.
Virginia Lottery reports more than 132,000 tickets won some kind of prize.
However, no ticket sold anywhere in the country matched all six numbers for the jackpot, which has now grown to an estimated $1.25 billion.
In Virginia, one ticket matched four of the first five numbers and the Mega Ball, which would normally be worth $10,000.
However, Virginia Lottery says the player from Hampton paid for the Megaplier, which increased the prize to $40,000.
Two other tickets are worth $10,000. One was bought at the Sheetz on Seminole Trail in Madison and the other was purchased online in Sterling.
The next Mega Millions drawing will take place Friday night.
