Fluvanna County Public Schools operate on two-hour delay after social media threat
FLUVANNA COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Fluvanna County Public Schools operated on a two-hour delay today due to a threat discovered on social media early this morning.
In a statement sent to CBS19, Student resource Officer Tre Ayers said "School officials and deputies investigated the threat and found it not to be credible. School officials want you to know that there is no threat to students, staff, or the community at this time."
Fluvanna County Public Schools posted on Facebook, that the subjects involved have been taken into investigation and have charges pending.
