Carniville for Charlottesville set for Sunday

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The second annual Carniville for Charlottesville is going to be held from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday at Madison Bowl.
The fundraiser, held by a nonprofit called Greek4Good that was started in February of 2022, is going to benefit City of Promise, a Charlottesville-based nonprofit that seeks to end generational poverty.
It will include inflatables, game booths, live music, auctions and other activities as well as food and drink.
Last year’s event raised more than $30,000 for City of Promise, Big Brothers Big Sisters and an angel fund at Crozet Speech and Learning Center.
The cost is $15 for adults, $7 for students, $7 for kids, and those wearing a T-shirt from last year get in free.
