CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- After recording a goal and an assist in the team's 2-1 win against No. 11 Pitt on Friday night, senior midfielder Mo Thiam was named ACC Co-Offensive Player of the Week, the ACC announced this afternoon. 

The Oregon State transfer is currently second on the team in points total at 10 and has recorded a goal or an assist in three of the last four games.  He joins freshmen forward Stephen Annor and junior goalkeeper Joey Batrouni on the list of players that have recieved ACC honors this season. 

The Cavaliers are back on the road on Friday for a Commonwealth Clash against Virginia Tech at 6 p.m.
