CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A man who was wanted in connection with a March shots fired incident has now been arrested.

The Charlottesville Police Department reports Eric Dweh was arrested Friday.

The incident occurred on the evening of March 5 on the 700 block of Sixth Street SE.

Dweh is charged with attempted malicious wounding, use or display of a firearm during the commission of a felony, reckless handling of a firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felony.

He is the fourth person arrested in connection with the incident that CPD Chief Michael Kochis says occurred on a basketball court, when several people on the court started shooting at a person going by on a scooter.

Zymir Jakai Brown was arrested on March 20 on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Two juveniles were also arrested on March 13 and 14. Both are facing charges of attempted malicious wounding and use or display of a firearm in the commission of a felony. One is facing an additional charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
