Periodontal (Gum) Disease Treatment
Adults over the age of 35 more often lose their teeth to gum disease rather than cavities. Drs. Hodges and Spillers use laser dentistry, an advanced non-invasive treatment that minimizes pain, bleeding, sensitivity and swelling, to effectively treat gum disease. This state-of-the-art technique can protect your adult teeth.
We know our patients have busy lives, which is why we offer early appointments, family appointments, and same day care! To ensure you get the care you need, we accept more than 22 PPO insurance plans and accommodate financing through CareCredit.
Sleep Medicine Specialist
Our practice has treated Sleep Disordered Breathing patients for over 10 years. Bruxism, snoring, mild obstructive sleep apnea, moderate obstructive sleep apnea, and severe sleep apnea are areas of interest to our Sleep Medicine Division.
We work with the patients’ primary care physician and/or their Sleep Medicine physician to provide Oral Appliance therapy. Our office, as a standard of care operating procedure, requires our patients to have an in-home sleep study using our GEMPro device. If there is a result that warrants direct communication with our patient’s physician, we make that contact. This allows us to be proactive in screening Sleep Related Disorders and gives us a baseline of information for evaluating future success with any appliance, especially a bite guard for bruxing patients.
