The week long academy is the latest opportunity designed by the NCAA to give student-athletes a chance to impress college coaches during the summer outside of the normal AAU circuit. The academy will host 2,400 players from across the country in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 classes broken up into two sessions at each site.
The academy follows live shootouts hosted by schools across the country in June, such as the one hosted at Blue Ridge.
