'Hoos comeback to top Boston College in overtime

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 SPORTS) -- Virginia bounced back on Wednesday night to pick up the first overtime win of the Tina Thompson era in overtime over Boston College 79-77.

After getting out to a 13-point halftime lead, the Eagles came back in the third quarter hitting six three-pointers. Virginia fought back in the fourth quarter and got a big steal from Dominique Toussaint, who drew a foul and hit the game-tying free throws to send the game to overtime.

Jocelyn Willoughby lead all scorers with a career-high 26 points and added 11 rebounds. Toussaint had 17 points and 5 assists, while Mone Jones had 16 points, including 10 points in the first quarter. Makayla Dickens lead the Eagles with 24 points.

Virginia is back at home on Sunday to host Duke at 2 p.m.
