ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Residents of Albemarle County have more chances to weigh in on what they think the future of the community could be.

As part of the ongoing Albemarle County 2044: The Comprehensive Plan Update, the county is holding various events.

For example, there are three upcoming pop-up events where people can share their thoughts on transportation, housing, public lands, development and more.

There will be two of these events on Tuesday.

The first will begin at 8:45 a.m. at the Scottsville Mobile Food Pantry at the Scottsville Pavilion.

The second will take place at the Northside Library beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Then on March 3, there will be a pop-up at the Greer Elementary School’s Spring Bingo Night.

Residents also have until March 10 to fill out a questionnaire asking about how their needs to can be met in the future, protecting resources and more.
