According to ACPD, officers were executing a search warrant at Heather Court on Monday as part of the city’s ongoing investigation and located a person of interest in the case.
Police say Torius Jihad Price has been arrested for pointing, holding or brandishing a firearm, air or gas-operated weapon, or object similar in appearance.
He was arrested without incident, and officers also recovered a firearm at the home.
