ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A man from Vermont is the latest person to be charged in connection with the 2017 torch march across the University of Virginia Grounds.

Court records show Ryan Roy of Enosburg Falls, Vermont has been charged with burning an object with the intent to intimidate.

He is the fifth man to face this charge.

Roy is scheduled to be in court on June 5.

Three other men who are facing this charge will also be in court that day, Dallas Medina of Ravenna, Ohio; Tyler Bradley Dykes of Bluffton, South Carolina; and William McAffe Williams of Nocona, Texas.

The case against Dykes is scheduled for a trial on June 5 while the other two men are scheduled for hearings.

The fifth person who has been indicted, Will Zachary Smith also of Nocona, has pleaded guilty and is scheduled to be sentenced in August.
