CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- More UVA fraternities have been suspended pending investigations into hazing, and one, Pi Kappa Alpha, has been kicked off Grounds entirely.

Altogether, it comes two months after Kappa Sigma was suspended after a new member ended up on a coma.

"The fraternity fully supports the individual pursuit by the University of Virginia against over 20 men, many of whom will be facing expulsion from the University," said Justin Buck, executive vice president of Pi Kappa Alpha.

In a YouTube video sent out to Pi Kappa Alpha chapters across the country, Buck says that, on April 15, they suspended every member of the chapter and kicked out some members.

"The fraternity will be pursuing civil litigation against the president, the new member educator, the new member education team and several others who were directly involved and responsible for violating the terms of their membership agreement as well as for financial and reputational damages," said Buck.

He said that Pi Kappa Alpha would be gone from UVA for at least four years.

The two UVA fraternities that were suspended were Sigma Alpha Mu and Theta Chi.

There are no details yet on any of the investigations, but Adam's Law requires UVA to put them on their website in the coming weeks and keep that information up for 10 years.
