ORANGE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A reward is now being offered for information that leads to the arrest of a man wanted in Orange County.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is still seeking 57-year-old Juan Rodriguez-Bedolla.

He is wanted on multiple charges including five counts of attempted murder, two counts of arson and two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling.

These charges stem from an Aug. 13, 2023, incident on Mansion Road in Barboursville that started as a domestic incident and ended with a home being set on fire with the residents inside.

When deputies arrived on the scene, the residents had been able to evacuate.

The investigation found that Rodriguez-Bedolla allegedly fired several shots into the home, blocked the exit to keep the people inside from getting out and then set the home on fire before driving off.

Rodriguez-Bedolla is a Hispanic man who is 5-foot-5 and weighs 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

As of January, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said it believed he was working at an orchard near the Nelson/Albemarle county line, but there has been no further information regarding that.

In conjunction with the U.S. Marshals Service, the sheriff’s office is offering a $5,000 reward in this case.

Anyone with information on Rodriguez-Bedolla’s whereabouts is asked to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Office at (540) 672-1234.
