GREENE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The Ruckersville pastor accused of child sex crimes is out of jail.

Rodney Locklear is a former pastor facing multiple charges including sexual penetration and aggravated sexual battery of a minor in multiple jurisdictions.

He was released from the Central Virginia Regional Jail Friday on a $20,000 secured bond with stipulations including house arrest with an ankle monitor, no contact with the victim or any minors and surrender of guns and passports.

Greene County and Madison County have combined their cases against him so the victim, a 13- or 14-year-old girl, will only have to testify once.

He will be in court again in June.
