ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The final protester who was arrested during the breakup of the demonstration at UVA on Saturday is now out on bond.

Kristen Finn, 41, is charged with assault on a law enforcement officer on top of the trespassing charge all others who were arrested face.

Finn was released Monday morning with minimal restrictions. For example, the court is allowing her to go out of the country for a wedding this week.

According to the criminal complaint, Finn allegedly punched a police officer while the officer was attempting to disperse the protest.
This morning her attorney, Jeff Fogel, said the case is still in its very early stages.

"We're trying to gather whatever evidence there is out there. Videos, we have a secure location, witnesses. And we're going to start on that," he said.

About 50 people were at court to support Finn and another protester who was arraigned.
