CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- According to a report on UVA Today, University of Virginia President Jim Ryan, UVA Police Chief Tim Longo and other senior leaders will convene an online town hall on Tuesday to give an update about Saturday's protest near the UVA Chapel and answer questions.

Also scheduled to join the town hall are Provost Ian Baucom, Chief Operating Officer Jennifer "J.J." Wagner Davis and Vice President and Chief Student Affairs Officer Kenyon Bonner.

The online town hall will be streamed live starting at 12:15 p.m. For those who would like to ask a question, go here to register. The registration link can accommodate 3,000 people while the livestream can host an unlimited number of viewers.

The protest arose over the recent fighting in the Gaza Strip.
