Charlottesville man arrested in connection to Hardy Drive murder

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A Charlottesville man has been arrested for the Feb. 22 murder of 20-year-old Nicklous Pendleton of Gordonsville.
According to the Charlottesville Police Department, 19-year-old Raymaqu'a Antonio Nicholas of Charlottesville was arrested without incident on Wednesday.
Nicholas is charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
